vSphere Client main window periodically jump into foreground

I'm running vSphere Client Version 4.1.0 on Windows 7 Enterprise x64 and Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise, and I'm encountering problem with the client...

When I open up a console window on one of the VMs, it does not stay in foreground for too long.  It would seem that the vSphere Client main window will periodically "refresh", jump into foreground, and stay in foreground.

It seems that if I have other application running, like Outlook, for example, the application will momentarily lose its focus.  I'm assuming that the vSphere client's refresh is also cause.

Have I misconfigured my client?  I'm using vSphere Client version 4.1.0, build 258902, connecting to VMWare vCenter Server, version 4.1.0, Build 258902
